1. Shipping Locations
At present, we ship our products throughout India. Please reach out to us at hello@tvoflavours.com before placing your order for international or out-of-service-area shipping.
2. Processing Time
After payment confirmation, orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be dealt with on the following working day. Perishable items such as fresh cakes are prepared close to the delivery date to ensure freshness.
3. Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: 4 to 7 working days (inside India). Express / Same-Day Delivery (where available): as selected at checkout. Please be aware that delivery timelines can differ depending on your location, product type, weather conditions, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
The cost of shipping is determined at checkout, taking into account your delivery location, the product, and the weight of your order. Some products or promotional offers may include free shipping. Express or same-day shipping may come with extra costs.
5. Tracking Your Order
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing tracking details and courier information, allowing you to monitor your package.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, kindly inform us within 3 days of receiving (or expecting) the order. If applicable, send photos of the damaged package to hello@tvoflavours.com. In line with our Refund & Returns Policy, we will work with the courier company to either replace the item or provide a refund.
7. Delays Caused by Unforeseen Circumstances
We cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or disruptions in courier services.
